As the Architects Team Lead, you’ll manage and mentor a highly skilled team, set the architectural vision, and drive the design of our next-gen Firewall-as-a-Service and Zero Trust solutions. You'll collaborate closely with engineering leadership, product, and other tech leads to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

• • Key Responsibilities * *

• Lead and mentor a team of software architects.

• Own the architectural roadmap and ensure alignment with business and R&D strategy.

• Guide hands-on design, POCs, and critical architecture decisions.

• Partner with R&D leadership on planning, innovation, and execution.

• Promote engineering excellence, security, and scalability best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure architectural consistency across the org.

• • Qualifications * *

• *  * B.Sc *  * . in Computer Science or equivalent.
  

• *  * 5+ years *  *  leading software architects or principal engineers.
  

• Deep hands-on knowledge of system * * architecture * * and * * design patterns * * .

• Expertise in AWS (GCP/Azure- advantage).

• Background in networking: * * TCP/IP, HTTP, VPNs * * , and cloud networks- advantage.

• Proven experience in designing scalable * * microservice * * -based systems.

• Background in full-stack delivery: * * backend/frontend/DB * * .

• Experience with * * CI/CD * * pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Strong communication skills, both technical and interpersonal.

• Excellent English – written and spoken.
