**We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to join our office in Israel. This role is responsible for coordination and management of all office operations in the areas of: Logistics, Procurement, Warehousing, Inventory, Information Technology, Base Management, Fleet Operation, and Administration. The Senior Operations Manager will guide, train, direct, and support staff in implemention of efficient and economical support for all programs and functions of the field office.

**A day in the life of a Senior Operations Manager:

In the role of Senior Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of effective procurement plans for all country programs.
• Lead team that manages all aspects of logistics, both ground and air, for in-country and international purchasing.
• Manage warehouse systems and asset inventory system.
• Manage drivers and fleet, including fleet maintenance, fuel supply, and monitoring.
• Manage base by overseeing updated maintenance, safety and security, services and contracts, and information technology.
• Maintain strong security situational awareness and open communication with Country Director and Security team at all times.
• Foster strategic relationships with customs clearance, NGOs, merchants, vendors, and military logistics personnel, where applicable.
• Maintain awareness of and compliance with local and national laws.
• Support the Ministry's initiatives to promote integrity and accountability in all areas of operations to include, but not be limited to, safeguarding and the prevention of fraud, bribery, and corruption.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in logistics/transportation/procurement or supply chain management with a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years related international work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of international affairs, foreign policy, and fundamental political frameworks within country of oversight.
• Thorough understanding of socioeconomic, cultural, and political conditions within country of oversight.
• Working knowledge of partnering with governmental and non-governmental organizations.
• 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire.

Travel Expectations: 30 days/annually. Required travel documents and vaccinations for entry into foreign countries will be necessary.
