Junior Front Desk & Office Administrator

📍 Full-time | On-site (4-5 days a week) | Tel Aviv

We’re looking for energetic, organized, and service-oriented Junior Front Desk & Office Administrator to join our team and take ownership of everything that keeps our office running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally from a tech company (can also from militery service) who’s looking to grow in a dynamic, people-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• manning the front desk including welcome visitors, handling incoming calls, mail, and deliveries
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of office spaces, including coordination with cleaning services
• Maintain and stock kitchen areas, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for all employees
• Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
• Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees
• Serve as a key point of contact for vendors, suppliers, managers, and employees.
• Help with organizing and executing HR related event and projects when needed

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role – advantage for tech/startup environment
• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Experience of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• A team player with a “can do” attitude and high level of service awareness
• Available to work on-site, 5 days a week (not a hybrid or student role)
