אנו מחפשים כלכלנ/ית בקרה תקציבית- Budget Control Economist

תיאור המשרה:

• אחריות כספית על הבקרה התקציבית של מספר פרויקטים לרבות סגירות חודשיות, רבעוניות ושנתית.
• בתפקיד זה יהיה עליך לבנות תחשיב פרויקט על היבטיו השונים ובניית תחזיות.
• סביבת העבודה הינה עם ממשקים רבים בארץ ובחו"ל
• עבודה עם מערכות גלובליות רבות ודיווחים לחו"ל בהתאם לעמידה בלו"ז
• בתפקיד זה תהייה בקשר ישיר עם הלקוח לנושאים הכספיים
• יתרון לבעלי ניסיון קודם בתחום הכרה בהכנסה
• יתרון לבעלי ניסיון במו"מ עם חוזים גלובליים
• מיקום המטה: משרדי ראש העין, עם זאת, קיים צורך להגעה לאתרי החברה ברחבי הארץ בתדירות גבוהה.

תחומי אחריות:

• בניית תוכניות ארוכות טווח להחזר השקעה ומעקב שוטף במטרה להבטיח עמידה ביעדים.
• בקרה על מרכזי העלויות עבור יחידות ה- Field Service ומרכז הלוגיסטי בישראל.
• ביצוע ניתוחים כלכליים מעמיקים למשל: תוצאות מרכזי עלות, עלויות גולמיות, עלויות החזרות, תמחור עלויות עובדים בפרויקטים , תעריפי שעות.
• הובלת הכנת תקציב שנתית לכל יחידה עסקית
• הכנת דוחות חודשיים
• עבודת צוות עם מנהלי פרויקטים ואנשי השירות כמו גם עם קולגות מחו"ל
• התפקיד הינו בעל עצמאות ואחריות משמעותית, תחת ניהול סמנכ"לית הכספים תוך שיתוף פעולה עם צוות כלכלנים מקצועי ומקסים, אשר יעניק תמיכה והכוונה מקצועית.

דרישות התפקיד:

• תואר ראשון בכלכלה או תואר רלוונטי דומה- חובה
• ניסיון בן 3 שנים לפחות בתחום הכספים, יתרון לתפקיד דומה.
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה הכוללת שיח, כתיבה וקריאה- חובה!
• עברית ברמה טובה - חובה.
• ניסיון בניהול מו"מ - יתרון
• הכרת אקסל ברמה גבוהה.
• ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכתSAP או מערכת דומה אחרת.
• יכולת ניתוח ואנליזה גבוהות.
• התמודדות עם ריבוי משימות בעת הצורך

We are looking for Budget Control Economist

Job Description:

• Financial responsibility for budget control of several projects, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closures.
• In this role, you will need to build project calculations on various aspects and create forecasts.
• The work environment involves many interfaces both domestically and internationally.
• Work with numerous global systems and reporting to abroad according to deadlines.
• In this role, you will have direct contact with the client regarding financial matters.
• Advantage for those with prior experience in revenue recognition.
• Advantage for those with experience in negotiating global contracts.
• Headquarters location: Petah Tikva offices; however, there is a need to travel to company sites across the country frequently.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Building long-term plans for return on investment and ongoing monitoring to ensure goal achievement.
• Control over cost centers for the Field Service units and the logistics center in Israel.
• Conducting in-depth economic analyses, such as: cost center results, raw costs, return costs, employee cost pricing in projects, hourly rates.
• Leading the preparation of the annual budget for each business unit.
• Preparing monthly reports.
• Teamwork with project managers and service personnel as well as with colleagues from abroad.
• The role offers significant independence and responsibility, under the management of the CFO, while collaborating with a professional and wonderful team of economists who will provide support and professional guidance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a similar relevant degree - mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance, with an advantage for a similar role.
• High level of English, including speaking, writing, and reading - mandatory!
• High level of Hebrew - mandatory.
• Experience in negotiation - an advantage.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working with SAP or a similar system.
• High analytical and analytical skills.
• Handling multiple tasks as needed.
• We are looking for a people person, capable of teamwork and collaboration.
• High level of service orientation.
