Payro is an employee financial autonomy platform for frontline workers based in Tel Aviv. We offer flexible pay cycle services allowing employees to access their earned wages before payday, leading to higher retention rates, faster recruitment, and greater engagement to strengthen employee loyalty.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven business development representative to join our team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new leads and opportunities through outbound and inbound business activities. You will research and prospect potential customers, make cold calls and send emails to initiate contact and use social media and other tools to build relationships and nurture leads. Your goal will be to qualify business opportunities and set up meetings or demos for the sales team, with the ultimate objective of closing deals and generating revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential customers and decision-makers
• Responsible for lead generation activities, end to end
• Build relationships with prospects to increase potential revenue
• Qualify business opportunities and generate new ones
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly business targets and goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a business development or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and results-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
