** Our office is currently located in Yoqneam Illit and will be relocating to Caesarea, near the train station, in November 2025.

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of PR & Communications to lead all aspects of our external and internal communications. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building, evolving, and executing ForSight’s communication strategy as we move toward global scale and commercial launch. You will own our narrative, strengthen our brand presence, and act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all matters related to reputation, visibility, and stakeholder engagement.

This role is ideal for a highly collaborative leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels, with deep experience in high-growth, innovation-driven environments – especially in healthtech, medical devices, or surgical technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive, multi-channel communications strategy aligned with company goals and milestones.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and executive team, advising on messaging, public positioning, media engagement, and crisis communications.
  • Build and manage relationships with top-tier media, industry analysts, and key influencers; secure high-impact coverage across global markets.
  • Shape and maintain a consistent corporate narrative that clearly communicates our mission, innovation, and leadership in ophthalmic robotics.
  • Create high-quality, compelling content across multiple formats—press releases, thought leadership articles, speeches, social media, blog posts, and website copy.
  • Be a creative storyteller who can translate complex medical and technological concepts into clear, engaging, and inspiring narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Oversee executive visibility and thought leadership, including keynotes, op-eds, interviews, awards, panels, and industry events.
  • Guide internal communication strategies to engage, align, and inspire employees through periods of rapid growth and change.
  • Partner cross-functionally with regulatory, clinical, investor relations, product, and HR teams to ensure messaging consistency and strategic alignment.
  • Build and manage a small, high-performing team and/or agency partners as needed.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in PR, strategic communications, or corporate affairs, with a proven leadership track record – preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or high-tech innovation.
  • Experience leading communications in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or startup environment.
  • Exceptional storytelling and message development skills, with a sharp instinct for brand and reputation.
  • Experience advising C-level executives and managing high-visibility communications.
  • Highly strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically when needed.
  • Strong management and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Native English speaker is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with global markets and international PR strategies.
  • Background in investor communications or IPO/SPAC-readiness is a plus.
