About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to lead our Information Security Infrastructure team. This role involves overseeing the implementation of information security policies across infrastructure systems with high quality and precision. The position requires close collaboration with InfoSec and technology teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, meeting project deadlines, and adapting to evolving business and technological needs.

• Lead and manage a team responsible for implementing information security policies within the infrastructure domain.

• Work closely and coordinate with InfoSec teams and other technology departments.

• Provide security guidance and support for infrastructure-related organizational projects.

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and respond to security incidents and issues on a 24/7 basis.

• Continuously improve infrastructure readiness and incident response capabilities.

• Drive enhancements in systems and processes based on security policies and organizational needs.

• Support internal and external security audits.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure-focused information security roles within large organizations.

• Proven experience in leading infrastructure-level security solutions.

•3+ years of experience managing security teams or projects.

• Deep familiarity with various security products such as AV, EDR, file sanitization systems, OPSWAT, Microsoft Defender, DLP, and Proxy solutions.

• Experience in financial institutions or other highly regulated environments - significant advantage.

• Strong knowledge and experience with PIM systems, vaults, and F5 ASM – an advantage.

• Familiarity with cloud environments from a security perspective – an advantage.

• Relevant vendor certifications – an advantage.

• High-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
