📍 Location: Be’er Sheva | Full-time

Role Summary:

We’re looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to lead and execute complex projects in the field of electronic security systems for the Be’er Sheva Municipality. This role is crucial in strengthening the city's safety infrastructure and supporting hundreds of public institutions and users.

Success in this role means effectively managing multidisciplinary teams and contractors, ensuring system reliability, and continuously improving security coverage across the city.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and implement projects involving CCTV, intercoms, alarms, public address systems, and emergency buttons
• Configure and maintain IP-based security systems: IP addresses, video analytics, alerts
• Oversee infrastructure planning – for existing and new systems
• Work with control room (C&C) systems, IP networks, switches, and system configurations
• Conduct field surveys and validate system functionality at municipal sites
• Manage vendors and technicians: task planning, field supervision, QA, issue resolution
• Provide technical support to municipal departments, schools, and city subsidiaries
• Analyze incidents and retrieve video documentation when needed
• Prepare technical standards and ensure consistent implementation citywide
• Track timelines, tasks, orders, invoices, and budget performance

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in security/network/control systems project management
• Hands-on experience with IP cameras, VMS platforms, and security technologies
• Experience with intercoms, alarms, and emergency systems
• Ability to read network and electrical infrastructure blueprints
• Strong IP networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, switch configuration)
• High proficiency in Windows-based environments
• Proven experience supporting multi-user organizations
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in municipal/public sector or large institutions
• Familiarity with Hikvision, Axis, or Milestone systems
• Relevant technical education (practical engineer/electronics/electricity/information systems) – an advantage
• Certifications in networking, video systems, or security – an advantage

הצלחה בתפקיד משמעה ניהול אפקטיבי של צוותים, קבלנים ומערכות טכנולוגיות, תוך שמירה על אמינות גבוהה ושיפור מתמיד של מערכות האבטחה בעיר.

תחומי אחריות:

• ניהול והובלת פרויקטים בתחום מצלמות, אינטרקום, אזעקות, כריזה ולחצני מצוקה
• תכנון והגדרת מערכות IP כולל הקלטות, כתובות IP, התראות ופרופילים
• תכנון ופיקוח על תשתיות תקשורת וחשמל
• עבודה עם מערכות שו"ב, רשתות IP, מתגים וקונפיגורציה
• סקרי שטח ובדיקות ציוד באתרים עירוניים
• ניהול ספקים, טכנאים וקבלנים – כולל בקרה איכותית ותיאום תקלות
• מתן תמיכה טכנית למוסדות חינוך, יחידות עירוניות וחברות בת
• תחקור אירועים והפקת תיעודים ממצלמות
• כתיבת סטנדרטים והטמעת תקינה
• ניהול לוחות זמנים, משימות, דוחות, תקציבים והזמנות עבודה

דרישות סף:

• ניסיון של 3 שנים לפחות בפרויקטים בתחום מערכות אבטחה/תקשורת
• ניסיון בהגדרת מצלמות, מערכות וידאו (VMS) ומערכות ביטחון
• שליטה בתכניות תקשורת/חשמל
• ידע בתקשורת IP כולל TCP/IP, VLAN, קונפיגורציית מתגים
• שליטה בסביבת Windows
• ניסיון בתמיכה ארגונית מרובת משתמשים
• רישיון נהיגה בתוקף
