Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Attorney, located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Patent Attorney will be responsible for preparing and filing patent applications, ensuring compliance with patent law, conducting patentability assessments, and performing due diligence. Additional tasks include providing legal advice on intellectual property matters and collaborating with clients to develop strategies for protecting their innovations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Patent Applications and Patent Preparation
• Thorough understanding of Patent Law and experience with Patentability assessments
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• At least Bachelor Degere in a scientific field - prefereably a Ph.D.
• Licensed to practice before ILPTO patent office is preferred but not a must
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the technology sector is a plus
