**What are we looking for?

**SentinelOne is advancing the capabilities of security teams with Singularity RemoteOps - a platform that empowers security professionals to orchestrate forensic investigations, run custom actions at scale, and respond rapidly to cyber threats across endpoints. We are looking for an exceptional Engineering Manager with proven expertise in backend development to lead the team building and evolving this high-impact product. You’ll be responsible for driving the end-to-end development of the RemoteOps platform and related features (such as forensics). The ideal leader thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is passionate about growing people and building robust, scalable systems.

What will you do?

• Lead the RemoteOps product – Own the entire development cycle of capabilities, including backend, frontend and endpoint components (Windows, Linux, and macOS), taking ideas from whiteboard to production.
• Grow people and technical excellence – Directly manage 6-10 engineers as you build the team, provide mentoring and coaching, guide technical direction, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and quality
• Orchestrate cross-team execution - Partner with multiple engineering teams and product managers to build realistic roadmaps and ensure the timely delivery of new products and features.
• Shape our platform’s architecture - Set technical direction for new modules across several strategic product lines, selecting patterns and technologies for scale, reliability, and performance, and coordinating design reviews across teams.

What skills & knowledge should you bring?

• Proven experience leading engineering teams as a team lead or engineering manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guiding a cross-functional team in a hybrid environment across time zones.
• Ability to translate product requirements into robust technical designs and guide teams through implementation and testing.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with other engineering teams and product managers to ensure on-time delivery of new products.
• Experience with high-performance microservices-based backend systems in Python\Go.
• Experience developing cloud-native solutions and data pipelines.
• Experience working with databases (SQL, NOSQL).
• Experience working with Dockers and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP etc).

• Study Funds- SentinelOne contributes 7.5% over your base salary (no tax ceiling is applied), and employees contribute 2.5% of their base salary
