We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Data Analyst to join our R&D data group and play an extremely important role as your insights and findings will be crucial for our growth and success

What Will you be doing:

• Work closely with managers to define research goals
• Analyze and process big amounts of data and use it to give actionable insights.
• Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
• Develop and integrate data analysis method and know how across the company internal divisions
• Create, and maintenance customized dashboards for monitoring and process management purposes
• Educate and training for all data analyst across the company

Requirements:

• Industrial and management or Computer Science engineer or similar
• 4-6 years of experience as a Business/Product/Data Analyst or a similar role - must
• Advanced proficiency level of SQL and Hands-on experience in using BI/Analytics tools - must
• Experience using Python for advanced data analysis with large datasets - must
• Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, detail-oriented, creative, resourceful, and a quick learner.
• Advanced level of English – must
• Experience in working with product, development and data teams – an advantage
• Experience in statistics – an advantage
