Role Overview

As the Senior Data Analyst at Singit, you’ll take ownership of our analytics efforts and help build the data foundation that powers strategic decisions across the company. You'll collaborate closely with leadership, product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver actionable insights that drive product innovation, user growth, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze customer behavior, product usage, and operational data to uncover trends and opportunities
• Deliver clear visualizations and reports that inform stakeholders across the company
• Provide actionable insights to optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Collaborate with product teams to define data-driven product features and initiatives
• Develop and track critical KPIs in partnership with the CFO and leadership team
• Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc analyses — from market segmentation to pricing optimization

About You

Experience:

• 4+ years as a data analyst or in a similar role
• B2C experience is required — preferably in gaming, education, mobile apps, or other consumer-facing industries with high user volume and engagement

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with at least one data visualization tool: Tableau, Looker, or a comparable tool
• Supermetrics experience is a significant advantage
• Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing best practices
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus

• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
• Deep understanding of key B2C metrics such as LTV, CAC, retention, and conversion rates
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled at working with large, complex datasets
• Excellent communication skills — able to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Independent, curious, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment

Education:

• A degree in a quantitative field (statistics, economics, engineering, mathematics) is a plus
