**Role Overview

**We are looking for a highly creative and detail-orientedProduct Designer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will design intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences that solve real problems and drive measurable business outcomes across web and mobile platforms.

**Responsibilities

**UX Research & Strategy:

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points.
• Translate insights into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Define and document user personas, journey maps, and behavioral data insights.

Interface Design

• Design high-fidelity user interfaces for responsive web and mobile applications with attention to detail and consistency.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and performance across all platforms.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.

Collaboration & Execution

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA to ensure designs are implemented with precision.
• Participate in Agile processes, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Validate design decisions with data and iterate based on feedback from real users

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer, preferably in tech or startup environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design for web and/or mobile apps (flows, systems, dashboards, etc.).
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro.
• Solid understanding of design thinking, user-centered design, and lean UX methodologies.
• Ability to conduct and synthesize UX research to inform design strategy.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Experience working with or creating design systems and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design solutions to stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, Google Analytics.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with user testing tools and methodologies (Maze, Useberry, etc.).
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary product teams using Agile or Scrum frameworks.
