Campaign Manager with deep expertise in Google Ads — someone who knows how to unlock the

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Strategy

● Plan, build, launch, and scale high-budget Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Demand

Gen, Performance Max, YouTube, and more.

● Take full ownership of budgets, performance, and daily optimizations.

● Develop smart strategies to hit CPA and ROI targets and push campaigns to their full potential.

Innovation & Testing

● Continuously research and test new ideas, formats, audiences, and bidding strategies to stay

ahead of the competition.

● Use advanced Google Ads tools like automated bidding, audience segmentation, remarketing,

dynamic creative, and the latest features.

● Design and run robust A/B tests; analyze results and translate insights into actionable

optimizations.

Analysis & Insights

● Dive deep into performance data, spot trends, and take immediate action to boost ROI.

● Prepare clear, actionable reports for management and share learnings with the wider team.

● Solve problems proactively and find opportunities to maximize growth.

Collaboration & Contribution

● Work closely with other Campaign Managers and Team Leads, exchanging insights and best

practices to raise the entire team’s game.

● Share successful strategies and support junior team members by setting a strong example.

● Be an approachable team player — open to feedback, collaborative, and easy to work with.

Requirements:

● 2+ years of proven hands-on experience running advanced Google Ads campaigns — MUST.

● Experience in Gaming, CFD, or Casino verticals — huge advantage.

● Deep understanding of Google Ads tools, targeting, bidding strategies, and performance

tracking.

● Proven track record of scaling high-budget campaigns profitably.

● Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

● A/B testing — from test design to implementation and insights.

● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.

● Initiative-taker who thrives under pressure and doesn’t wait for instructions.
