Ness is hiring: System Infrastructure Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled System Infrastructure Specialist to join a full-time position based in Tel Aviv.

Position Overview:

This role involves leading all cross-organizational infrastructure activities within the system department, managing projects and tasks, defining KPI metrics, overseeing and improving automation processes, and more.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic background – mandatory
• 6+ years of experience as a database infrastructure specialist, with strong emphasis on SQL Server – mandatory
• Proven experience managing technical teams
• Hands-on experience with large-scale database environments
• Strong expertise in writing, analyzing, and optimizing T-SQL queries
• Experience in database architecture and development
• Proficient in troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Experience with SSIS / SSRS development
• Background in managing multi-server/client environments (at least 100 servers / 1,000 clients)
• Deep understanding of replication processes
• Experience configuring and maintaining high availability environments (e.g., Always On)
• Excellent teamwork and a high level of service orientation
