As our Digital Performance Lead, you'll play a central role in shaping strategy, optimizing campaigns, and managing a skilled team of analysts and account managers. Your expertise in data analysis and passion for performance will help drive measurable impact and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead Performance Strategy & Execution: Tackle daily challenges and identify opportunities for growth by applying deep analytical thinking and performance marketing expertise.
• Transform Data into Action: Use platforms like BigQuery to extract insights, develop client strategies, and support data-informed decision-making.
• Create Structure & Best Practices: Develop standardized analytical frameworks to support consistent and scalable performance reporting across teams.
• Grow Talent: Train and mentor team members in advanced analytics, marketing platform usage, and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with stakeholders to ensure performance marketing initiatives align with company goals.
• Stay Informed & Innovative: Keep up with the latest trends and platform changes to ensure the team stays ahead in a constantly evolving landscape.

Your Background & Skills:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital agency.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Marketing Analytics).
• Proficiency with key marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Familiarity with BigQuery is a big advantage.
• Proven experience turning complex data into clear, actionable strategies for clients.
• Skilled in building dashboards using Looker Studio, Connected Sheets, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Confident communicator with experience presenting insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing team members.
• Bonus: Experience in automating data workflows or reports.
