We're Hiring | System Engineer – Autonomous Platforms | Ashdod, Israel

Join the ELTA Division (IAI) in Ashdod and lead the development of innovative autonomous maritime platforms in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and validation of subsystems for autonomous platforms

• Define technical requirements for system components

• Write specifications, design documents, and system definitions

• Analyze requirements and design system-level solutions for unmanned systems

• Provide engineering support throughout development and lead subsystem integration

• Participate in full system integration and key lab/field testing activities

• Manage subcontractors on an engineering level: requirements, design, development, integration, and testing

• Lead broad, multidisciplinary engineering teams

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering – mandatory

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system engineering, including specification, development, integration, and testing – mandatory

• Proven multidisciplinary system-level understanding – mandatory

• Experience working with customers – significant advantage

• Experience in maritime systems – advantage

• Experience with unmanned platforms – advantage

• Strong independent work skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and team orientation

• High-level proficiency in English
