The Intelligence, EW and Communications division at ELTA is hiring an Electronic Warfare System Engineer.

Our EW group is in the midst of an ambitious R&D program for innovative and complex projects in EW AESA technology.

The technology combines multidisciplinary challenges that include microwaves, digital processing, and algorithms.

We are looking for a System Engineer to join our team and deliver projects at the forefront of technology.

What will you do:

● Characterizing, supporting development, integrating systems, and leading clients' experiments and tests.

● Understanding the system and dividing responsibilities among the various disciplines involved (hardware, software, mechanics, microwave, antennas).

● Analyzing client requirements and defining system design.

● Designing specifications for subunits and subcontractors, performing integrations and tests, and accompanying experiments.

What we are looking for:

● Bachelor's degree (BSC) in electrical and electronics engineering - mandatory

● Master's degree in system engineering or electrical engineering - an advantage.

● At least 3 years of experience as a multidisciplinary system engineer - mandatory

● Experience in characterizing, defining, and writing specifications and detailed technical design documents for firmware, software, and hardware teams.

● Ability to work independently and in a team.

● Capability to lead multi-interface processes.
