Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education & Experience: 4 years of academic design

• education and

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a visual

• agency or as a freelance visual designer.

• Strong Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing

• your expertise in visual design, typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.

• Software Proficiency: High proficiency in design

• software, particularly Figma and Adobe Illustrator. Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (e.g., Photoshop) is a plus.

• Core Design Principles: A deep understanding of

• fundamental design principles, composition, and visual hierarchy.

• Collaborative Spirit: A positive, problem-solving

• attitude with excellent communication skills. You love working with people, articulating design decisions, and incorporating feedback effectively.

• Web Design Orientation: Basic understanding of web

• design principles and how visual design translates to digital interfaces.

• Language: High level of written and spoken English.

•

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of motion graphics principles.

• Experience with icon design and illustration.

• Familiarity with UX principles and working within a product design environment
