Information Security Manager – Financial Organization (Central Israel, Train Line Access)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Information Security Manager to take full responsibility for cybersecurity and information security across the insurance agencies affiliated with our group.

The role reports directly to the Group CISO and includes risk management, oversight of policy implementation, and the development of information security practices specific to the agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cybersecurity risks and identify gaps
• Oversee the implementation of information security policies in the agencies
• Take responsibility for security controls, protection systems, and awareness among employees
• Handle information security incidents and report regularly to the Group CISO
• Conduct regular penetration tests and risk assessments
• Present the security landscape to senior management

Requirements

• Academic degree in a technological field
• At least 5 years of experience in information security management (preferably in insurance or finance)
• Strong knowledge of security standards and regulations (ISO, NIST, PCI)
• Experience in leading projects and matrix management
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with senior management
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM) – an advantage
