We are looking for a senior software architect who will hold a senior-level professional responsible for the high-level design and strategic direction of software systems, ensuring their scalability, performance, and alignment with business needs throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will act as a technical leader, guiding development teams by making crucial design decisions, selecting appropriate technologies and standards, and overseeing quality assurance.

Skills:

• Vast knowledge and experience with designing and developing of SW/SDK for high speed switches ASICs.
• Deep understanding of switch ASIC architecture bits and bytes.
• Networking protocols and features expertise (mainly L2/L3/L4), such as Ethernet, IPv4, IPv6, ECMP, ACL, QoS, mirroring (sFlow/ERSPAN), tunnelling (IPIP, VxLAN, GRE), etc.
• System wide knowledge and experience with all aspects of switch SW (Architecture, API, Performance, HW/SW integration, Troubleshooting and tools, Documentation, etc).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Strong technical and people cross organization leadership— working with all SW teams as well as other cross organization teams – VLSI, HW/System.
• Customer support - Experience with working with customers – a big advantage
• BSc or MSC degree in computer science
