We are looking for an energetic and service-oriented person, someone who is passionate about working with people and with a lively personality. As a receptionist you will manage the front desk and provide administrative support across the organization.

Responsibilities:

As a Receptionist, you will:

  • Greet, assist, and direct interviewers, visitors, and employees
  • Manage first-line soft services to the site, full responsibility of managing the reception area and meeting rooms, managing coffee & food services, and office maintenance
  • Provide general admin support to the office
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Manage food and kitchen facilities – provide direction to housekeepers.
  • Assist with company wellbeing activities.

Desired Skills and Experience

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position (Reception Services)
  • Solid communication skills both in Hebrew/English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service attitude
  • People person, team player with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to multitask and Highly organized
  • Available for a full-time on-site position, 9:00–18:00.
