**Sales Lead - SaaS Platform

**Location: On-site | Kiryat Ono, Israel

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Sales Lead to drive sales operations, manage a high-performing team, and help scale a fast-growing SaaS platform. This role combines leadership with execution, focusing on revenue growth and aligning sales with marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize sales funnels across channels and lead types.
• Conduct high-impact product demos and communicate value to prospects.
• Manage CRM processes (HubSpot), including pipeline tracking and performance analysis.
• Analyze conversion metrics to identify and fix funnel inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and funnel strategy.
• Lead, coach, and support the sales team in hitting targets.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement assets.
• Act as a player-coach on strategic deals.

Requirements

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience managing sales funnels and demo-based sales cycles.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
• Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills.
