🌟 What You'll Be Doing:

🔹 Supporting the company’s strategy and business needs

🔹 Aligning system processes with business strategies and objectives

🔹 Participating in the design and execution of complex, high-profile projects

🔹 Configuring, implementing, and upgrading Salesforce in line with company plans

🔹 Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation – including requirement specs and test plans

🔹 Managing the full lifecycle of business requirements – design, development, testing, and deployment

🔹 Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions

🔹 Interacting with stakeholders and end-users to understand business needs and processes

✅ What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce (SFDC) analyst

Deep understanding of business processes with strong technical background

High-level technical skills in Salesforce administration and troubleshooting

Experience with project management methodologies and tools

Strong multitasking abilities

Ability to work with various stakeholders

Positive, service-oriented attitude

Familiarity with business processes such as sales, marketing, order management, and customer service

Experience with BI tools like Power BI – an advantage

Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills

High level of English – written and spoken
