About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our global support team—from our offices in Tel Aviv. You’ll be the go-to expert for resolving complex technical issues for enterprise clients, with direct access to R&D and Product teams. This is a high-impact, Tier 3+ role where you’ll play a key part in shaping a world-class support function during a critical growth phase.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced (Tier 3+) technical issues for enterprise clients
• Handle 90% post-sale and 10% pre-sale support cases
• Work closely with R&D and Product to resolve platform-level challenges
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point
• Help define processes, metrics, and best practices for global support
• Provide clear, empathetic, and proactive communication with clients
• Operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, startup setting

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years in technical support (SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software)
• Proficiency in both Linux and Windows environments
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, GPO, and scripting (PowerShell/Python)
• Strong understanding of network protocols and security fundamentals
• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills
• Comfortable working independently in remote or hybrid setups
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
