The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes and a passion for enhancing customer relationships. This role involves coordinating sales activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales team and clients.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders and quotes.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Coordinate communication between the sales team and clients to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Generate sales reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies and promotional activities.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience Salesforce Admin - A Must.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
