Particle is a fast-growing global eCommerce brand and a leader in the men’s personal care category. We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Amazon Marketplace Manager to own and optimize our Amazon presence from A to Z — from listings and logistics to ad campaigns and customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and optimize all Amazon product listings
• Lead and continuously improve Amazon PPC (Ads) strategy and execution
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, ACOS, ROAS, conversion, reviews, rankings) and implement optimizations to meet sales and profitability targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and stock availability
• Research competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Resolve any issues related to listings, account health, or compliance
• Stay current with Amazon’s policies, algorithm changes, and best practices

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
• Proven track record running Amazon Ads campaigns with strong results
• Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, listings, and category management
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Amazon Analytics
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
• Experience with health & beauty / personal care products — a strong plus
• Native or fluent English — required
