Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• End-to-end development of web applications using modern technologies
• Collaborating directly with clients and understanding their evolving needs
• Working as part of an agile, high-performing development team
• Taking ownership of tasks and contributing to technical decisions
• Option to lead initiatives or mentor junior developers

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development – must
• Strong knowledge of React and Node.js – must
• Experience with AI tools or integrating AI into applications – advantage
• Proven experience working directly with clients – must
• Team leadership or mentoring experience – an advantage
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication
