**The successful Data Product Manager will lead the design, development, and implementation of self-serving applications and dataflows that deliver actionable insights to internal users across Pagaya. This role offers a unique opportunity to build intuitive tools and explore text-to-SQL capabilities, empowering our internal stakeholders to independently consume data and achieve insightful solutions within a rich development environment leveraging modern big data technologies.

Responsibilities

• Driving the short and long term vision and development of Pagaya’s Data infrastructure and BI products (Both internal and external)
• Full ownership of the BI and Data Engineering teams’ roadmap and prioritization efforts.
• Transform business requirements into BI solutions by collaborating with data scientists, business analysts, senior management, and other organizational stakeholders.
• Build and test end-to-end data flows and data enrichment processes.
• Create smart, innovative, and effective visualization methods, and promote engagement and implementation of them.
• Become a focal point for all data-related matters in the organization.
• Support and train end-users to maximize the effectiveness of BI solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, with Data/ BI Engineering background.
• Experience with product development lifecycle, process flows, writing product specifications, and prioritizing tasks efficiently in a fast-changing environment
• Experience in collaboration with diverse internal and external multidisciplinary stakeholders
• Great analysis abilities, energetic and fast learning with a "make it happen" approach.
• Experience with ELT tools
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Proficient in SQL
• Proficient in DWH methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with text-to-sql frameworks
• Great communication skill
