We are looking for a Vice President of R&D to lead, grow, and scale our engineering organization. Being responsible for shaping our product execution and driving technical excellence as we expand.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in an R&D executive role.
• Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams in startup (30+)
• Familiarity with startup scaling — from MVP to growth stage.
• Track record of delivering B2B enterprise products to market, ideally in cybersecurity.
• Strong technical foundation, with the ability to engage in architecture, design, and product discussions.
• Experience with AI technologies or AI-driven products.
• Experience working with or managing remote and distributed teams.
• People-first leadership style with a passion for building empowered, motivated teams.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to U.S. markets or customers, particularly in cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with startup scaling — from MVP to growth stage.
