Vice President of Growth – Africa

About the Role

We are partnering with a global leader in the flexible workspace industry to find an ambitious and results-driven Vice President of Growth to lead their expansion strategy across the African continent.

This is a senior-level, high-impact role ideal for a commercial leader with deep sales expertise, a passion for scaling businesses, and a strong network in real estate or franchise development. You will be responsible for building and leading a regional team focused on sourcing, negotiating, and securing high-value partnerships with property owners, operators, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional growth by signing new partner-operated locations across key African markets
• Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing business development team
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate or franchise partners
• Present compelling commercial proposals to C-level stakeholders
• Own the deal cycle end-to-end, from lead generation to contract signing
• Represent the brand at trade events and industry forums to enhance market visibility
• Work closely with legal and operations teams to finalize agreements and ensure successful onboarding
• Ensure every team member delivers at least 10+ new partner deals annually

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, ideally in real estate, franchising, or multi-site expansion
• A strong track record of closing $1M+ commercial deals in dynamic, high-growth environments
• Ability to lead and motivate remote teams across diverse markets
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on, solutions-focused, and performance-driven
• Experience working with building owners, franchise operators, or institutional investors
• Comfortable with frequent travel across Africa to support market growth
