Role Description

We are seeking a creative and passionate chemistry researcher with proven experience in formulation development to help take our technology to the next level. This is a long-term position with exciting growth opportunities, combining chemistry and microbiology to create impactful, sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and develop adhesives, packaging materials, and prebiotic delivery systems for LiVA’s product

line

· Lead and conduct hands on laboratory work, including:

o Formulation of adhesives and nutrient blend matrices

o Development and implementation of chemical analytical tests for quality control

o Conducting chemical stability studies

o Supporting research for the characterization of LiVA-treated products over shelf life

o Collaborate closely with the microbiology team to integrate multidisciplinary insights

o Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Qualifications

· PhD in chemistry, chemical Engineering, food & biotechnology engineering, materials science, life

science or a related field - must

· 1–3 years of industrial experience in formulation development of consumer goods – mandatory

· Hands-on experience with analytical chemistry techniques; familiarity with HPLC and FTIR is an

advantage

· Background in microbiology or biotechnology is a plus

· Demonstrated ability to work in a laboratory environment

· Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude

· Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
