About the role

We’re seeking a driven and technically sharp Presales Engineer to help convey the power and value of Armory’s offensive security platform to prospective customers.

You’ll play a pivotal role in the sales process—owning product demos, translating customer needs into technical solutions, and guiding prospects through evaluation and onboarding. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Cyber teams to turn interest into impact.

This is a mid-level position for someone with proven technical chops, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for cybersecurity.

Mandatory: Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written), with high flexibility for international travel.

Responsibilities

· Lead presales activities across the customer journey—demos, evaluations, solution design, and technical Q&A.

· Collaborate with Sales to scope customer needs, identify product fit, and build tailored value propositions.

· Deliver engaging, high-impact presentations and technical demonstrations of the Armory platform.

· Work closely with Product and Engineering to surface field feedback and influence roadmap.

· Assist in proposal development and respond to RFIs/RFPs with technical accuracy and strategic clarity.

· Act as a trusted advisor to CISOs, security teams, and IT leadership during evaluation and POC phases.

· Support onboarding of new customers in early deployment stages as needed.

Requirements

· 3 years of experience in presales, sales engineering, solution architecture, or offensive/defensive security roles.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Spanish and English—able to speak with authority to both technical and executive audiences.

· Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly attack surface management, penetration testing, red teaming, or CTEM.

· Willingness to travel internationally—sometimes for multiple weeks at a time.

Advantage

· Prior experience in a cybersecurity product company or managed security services provider.

· Familiarity with CTI (Cyber Threat Intelligence), MITRE ATT&CK framework, and vulnerability management.

· Background in offensive security, SOC/IR, or working with security operations teams.

· Experience working with Latin American enterprises or government customers
