We are recruiting for a diverse and dynamic Back Office position in the Finance, Marketing and Human Resources Department.

What Youll Do

• Invoice and receipt review
• Supplier payments and purchase orders
• Building and managing quarterly marketing budgets, including digital campaigns, retail marketing, social media, incentives, events, etc..
• Producing reports, analyzing data and monitoring performance
• Working with departments and teams in Israel and abroad, providing ongoing response and operational support

Requirements

• High proficiency in Excel and Office applications
• High level English - required
• Fluent Hebrew - required
• Responsible, organized, punctual
• Dedicated, hardworking, motivated
• Service-oriented approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team
