We're looking for an AI Lead to become our first AI hire and take full ownership of our AI stack—designing, building, and scaling systems that power real-world agents, RAG pipelines, and production-ready copilots.

You’ll be at the heart of everything: architecting next-generation AI systems, collaborating directly with the founders, and making high-impact decisions that shape the future of the company.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development of our AI platform from scratch
• Build LLM-powered agents and retrieval systems using LangChain, Python, and your tools of choice
• Drive AI architecture and technical strategy across the company
• Deploy robust, observable backend systems that can scale
• Work closely with product and engineering to deliver AI that’s powerful, practical, and delightful

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience building and launching GenAI products
• Deep understanding of LLMs, LangChain, RAG, vector databases, and modern AI infrastructure
• Strong Python backend development skills
• A strategic and independent thinker who thrives in ambiguity
• A hands-on builder ready to take ownership and move fast in a zero-to-one environment
