Appalgo is a performance-driven platform specializing in user acquisition for mobile apps.

We are seeking a Social and PPC Campaign Manager to manage our paid social activity. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with hands-on experience managing social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat), with an added advantage for those familiar with Google Ads and other PPC platforms.

Experience in mobile apps, particularly in the gaming and social casino verticals, is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple social and search (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, etc)
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
• Proven experience in creating landing pages and marketing creatives
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in client onboarding and tracking implementation across various platforms
• manage campaign-level optimization, including targeting, bidding, landing pages, and creatives
• Maintain and grow strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Lead digital marketing strategies based on client goals and business KPIs
• Continuously test and refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve results
• Stay current with platform updates and industry trends to ensure top performance

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social and search platforms – a must-have qualification
• Experience with Meta campaigns – a must-have qualification
• Experience working with creative strategy, landing page testing, and optimization – a must-have qualification
• Experience in gaming/ social casino – a significant advantage
• Proven track record in digital campaign performance and ROI optimization
• Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate bold, data-informed ideas
• English – mother tongue or very high level
