We're Hiring: Senior Backend Developer | Python • Infrastructure • LLM Agents • Gaming

A fast-growing AI-driven startup working with some of the world’s leading gaming companies is looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join the R&D team and build the backend infrastructure powering our next-generation LLM Agent platform.

In this role, you’ll write clean, production-grade Python code, design scalable backend architecture, and build tools that accelerate development across the organization. You’ll work closely with engineers and ML teams to shape the core systems behind real-time AI-powered products.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain scalable infrastructure using Python and cloud-native tooling
• Design and optimize our internal developer platform, with a focus on CI/CD, automation, and delivery speed
• Take ownership of infrastructure powering LLM Agents, AI pipelines, and distributed systems
• Collaborate with fullstack engineers and machine learning teams to support production-grade AI
• Operate and evolve AWS infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and reliability
• Constantly improve engineering workflows, developer experience, and backend system design

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of backend development experience using Python – this is a must
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience managing AWS environments
• Experience working on backend systems that power AI/ML products or LLM-based applications
• Familiarity with tools like FastAPI, containerization, and modern server-side architecture
• Proven ability to build CI/CD pipelines and enable scalable, automated deployments
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong execution and ownership
