Radar Systems Engineer | ELTA Division | IAI

We are looking for a Radar Systems Engineer to join the Misgav site at IAI’s ELTA Division, developing advanced radar technologies for defense applications.

The position includes:

• Supporting system development from design to operational deployment

• Developing advanced radar systems for domestic and international clients

• Designing simulations and evaluating system performance

• Planning algorithms and system processes

• Defining software requirements and supporting development teams

• Participating in field tests and sea trials in Israel and abroad

• Analyzing radar performance during testing

• Developing future capabilities and technologies

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or Biomedical Engineering

• Experience working with multidisciplinary systems – advantage

• Background in hardware and communications – advantage

• Experience in naval environments – advantage

• Familiarity with analysis tools such as MATLAB or Python – advantage

• Strong analytical skills, system-level thinking, teamwork, and initiative
