Job Description:

• Lead a development team specializing in .NET: professional management, mentoring, and hands-on guidance.

• Plan, develop, and maintain complex systems using .NET Core.

• Make architectural decisions (DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing).

• Work with relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Solve complex problems, perform optimization and monitoring in production environments.

• Collaborate with project managers, security, and operations teams.

• Lead DevOps processes: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.

• Manage tasks in an Agile environment while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in .NET Core and C# development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a development team.
• Experience working with REST APIs, Web APIs, and Microservices.
• Experience with front-end development using React – an advantage.
• Strong command of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP – an advantage.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes – strong advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of LINQ, Entity Framework, Lambda Expressions.
• Proven experience in managing projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong leadership, system thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.
