Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the company’s accounting and financial operations, including monthly and quarterly closings.
• Cash flow management, financial control, and preparation of management reports.
• Budget planning and tracking budget vs. actual performance.
• Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
• Ongoing communication with external auditors.
• Overseeing bookkeeping, payroll, and day-to-day financial operations.
• Implementation and improvement of internal controls and financial processes.
• Managing interfaces with subsidiaries, payroll providers, and other financial stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory.
• 4–5 years of experience, preferably a combination of Big 4 and high-tech industry background.
• Experience working with international companies and consolidated financial reporting – advantage.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP – advantage.
• High-level English – written and verbal – mandatory.
• Independent, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible.
