We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join IAI’s Aviation Division

The position includes:

• Defining infrastructure for production and assembly processes

• Writing work instructions and process cards

• Supporting assembly lines and solving production and integration issues

• Leading technological improvements

• Managing cost models for aerospace products

• Collaborating with suppliers and customers

• Working with ERP systems

• Creating MBOM structures and handling transfer from development to production

• Managing cost estimates and ensuring delivery timelines and budgets are met

What we are looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in an aerospace production environment or similar industries – required

• Ability to read technical drawings and 3D models – required

• Familiarity with production and assembly processes – advantage

• Experience with CAD software (UG, CATIA) – advantage

• Proficiency in OFFICE and SAP – required

• Willingness to travel abroad – required

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team

• Strong multitasking capabilities and independent problem-solving under pressure

• Good command of English – reading, writing, speaking
