we’re hiring a vp of data analytics & data science to lead our global data organization and strategy. this executive role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, ensuring we unlock the full value of our data to drive product innovation, enhance user experiences, and optimize business performance.

key responsibilities

📍data strategy: define and execute a data strategy aligned with business objectives, driving data-driven decisions across the company. 📍define and execute company-wide data strategy, kpis, and advanced analytics. 📍ai & ml: drive the integration of advanced machine learning and ai into products and operations. 📍collaboration: partner with product, engineering, marketing, and business to identify opportunities for growth and innovation 📍lead global data science, business analytics, and product/marketing analytics teams. 📍ecosystem: oversee vendor relationships, tools, and technologies that support the data organization.

requirements

🖇️ bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or related field. 🖇️ leadership experience in senior data roles within technology-driven, b2c companies 🖇️ strong background in analytics, data strategy, and data management 🖇️ proficiency in sql, big data platforms, and data visualization 🖇️ expertise in ai & ml with a track record of business impact 🖇️ nice to have - knowledge of data privacy and regulatory frameworks (gdpr, ccpa) – a plus.
