We’re Hiring | Signal Processing & Tracking Algorithm Developer | Ashdod, Israel

Join ELTA Systems’ Software Center and play a key role in designing and developing advanced signal processing and tracking algorithms for radar and intelligence systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, define, and develop algorithms based on system requirements
• Define software requirements for development teams
• Support system development with algorithm integration and system testing
• Perform algorithm performance analysis
• Conduct R&D on new capabilities and topics
• Write algorithm specifications and test documentation
• Collaborate with multiple teams including system engineering and software groups

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Exact Sciences – mandatory
• M.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Exact Sciences – advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tracking algorithm development – mandatory
• Knowledge of radar systems – advantage
