About the Role:

We’re seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Specialist with a strong technical background and practical experience using AI and automation tools. In this role, you’ll work closely with business teams to identify operational gaps, design solutions, and independently implement tools—without heavy reliance on developers.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and deploy AI-driven tools and workflows using platforms like OpenAI, Zapier, and Make

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to solve real-world problems

• Identify areas for automation and process improvement

• Own end-to-end implementation of low-code/no-code solutions

• Stay current with emerging AI trends and tools

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in a hands-on tech role (AI, automation, or digital solutions)

• Experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure, Google AI, etc.) and automation tools

• Strong understanding of APIs and system integration

• Problem-solver with a builder mindset

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams

Nice to Have:

• Basic scripting (Python, JavaScript)

• Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Retool, Notion
