We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Data Science experts and lead ongoing DS/ML projects.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Own the Project Lifecycle: You will spearhead data science projects from start to finish—from initial concept and business problem definition through data exploration, model development, and final deployment into our production environment.
• Generate Actionable Insights: Conduct sophisticated analysis to uncover key business insights and establish the KPIs that measure success and drive strategy.
• Pioneer Advanced Models: Develop and integrate state-of-the-art Machine Learning and NLP models, with a special focus on pioneering new applications using Generative AI.
• Master Medical Data: Process and interpret complex textual data drawn from a wide variety of medical sources.
• Leverage Big Data: Utilize our robust Big Data ecosystem, including technologies like Spark, Elastic, and Kafka, to manage and analyze large-scale datasets.
• Collaborate to Innovate: Work in a tight-knit, collaborative loop with Data Engineers, analysts, and medical domain specialists to ensure solutions are effective and clinically relevant.

What You'll Bring (Requirements)

• Mandatory: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience building DS/ML models with tabular data.
• Mandatory: At least 3 years of professional development experience using Python and SQL.
• Mandatory: A minimum of 1 year of practical, hands-on experience working with Generative AI technologies.
• Mandatory: Proven, significant experience in the NLP domain and working with text-based data.
• Mandatory: Solid experience deploying code to production and a strong grasp of Dev/QA/Production workflows.
• Advantage: Familiarity with Spark is a strong plus.
• Advantage: Prior experience with Elastic or Kafka is beneficial.
• Advantage: A relevant Master's degree is preferred.
