If you are a customer-oriented Installer/Field Engineer and share our enthusiasm for sustainability, then we might have a job for you.

What You’ll Do

You will be part of the Customer Success team and function as our customer-facing solution specialist and technician. You’ll be responsible for sensor installations, maintenance, onboarding new customers, and helping them maximize the value of the solution.

· Mount sensors in containers, monitor installation health, and arrange maintenance when needed

· Establish and manage partnerships with our clients in Israel

· Provide technical support via email, telephone, and Zoom

· Become our in-house expert on the features, benefits, and installation requirements of the sensors through independent research and the training we provide

This position is based in Israel. Travel to different cities within Israel is required.

What You’ll Need

You are eager to learn and ready to join a startup with few formal procedures and limits. If a customer has a challenge, you feel their pain and help them tackle it head-on. Above all, you enjoy being out in the field and don’t shy away from practical tasks or getting your hands dirty.

· Experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Technical support
• Installations
• Field service
• Hardware repair

· Experience with hand and assembly tools, such as drills, drivers, and rivet drivers – perhaps from a previous role as an electrician, maintenance technician, metal worker, etc.

· Experience with customer support and troubleshooting

· Fluency in spoken and written English, incl. being able to accurately communicate technical information.

· Basic IT knowledge (Microsoft Office)

· You hold a valid driver´s license (regular)
