Job Description:

*This is a unique opportunity to become the company’s first Product Manager and play a pivotal role in defining the product strategy, roadmap, and foundational processes from the ground up.

*Develop and shape innovative solutions to key challenges in the intelligence domain by collaborating across regions, product areas, and organizational functions.

*Identify, prioritize, and drive clear short-, mid-, and long-term goals aligned with overall business objectives.

*Collect and analyze product requirements, write clear and detailed PRDs, and manage the full feature lifecycle from ideation through launch.

*Lead internal research efforts and translate findings into actionable insights that support and enhance the product design process.

*Work closely with the Research & Infrastructure division (INBOND), acting as a key partner in defining, scoping, and prioritizing new capabilities.

*Ensure smooth and efficient communication across all R&D and infrastructure teams, to guarantee successful and timely implementation of new features.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner – must.
• Proven experience working in startup and growth-stage companies – must.
• Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and lead products through the full lifecycle – from ideation to launch.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills – highly organized, independent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Technical background (e.g., former Developer or Security Analyst) – advantage.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
