Role Overview

We're seeking an enthusiastic Business Analyst with expertise in CRM and/or ERP systems to join our growing team. This role combines technical implementation with client consultation, offering the perfect opportunity for a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on delivering transformative business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Partnership & Project Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their ERP/CRM/Digital transformation journey
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines are met and results exceed expectations
• Analyze customer requirements and develop creative, tailored solutions that transform business operations

Technical Implementation

• Implement and customize Odoo ERP modules to align with unique business processes
• Configure business workflows and create comprehensive technical specifications
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance for new features and customizations
• Provide training and ongoing support to help clients become proficient Odoo users

Collaboration & Development

• Work closely with development teams to bring customer visions to life
• Partner with sales teams to support business growth and client acquisition
• Maintain and enhance existing Odoo systems through continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• CRM & ERP Expertise: Proven experience with CRM and/or ERP systems
• Language Skills: Fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
• Communication Excellence: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for clients
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred

Required Qualifications

• CRM & ERP Expertise: Proven experience with CRM and/or ERP systems

• Business Acumen: Knowledge of accounting principles and Israeli tax regulations
