search arbitrage media buyer – performance marketing ai & adtech company we’re a fast-growing adtech company operating at the intersection of artificial intelligence and performance marketing. we’re looking for an experienced search arbitrage media buyer with a proven track record in running and scaling high-budget campaigns. what you'll do: run and optimize search arbitrage campaigns at scale on platforms like google afs (must), yahoo native, taboola, outbrain, and additional native/search channels

analyze performance data to maximize roi and identify profitable keyword & traffic opportunities

develop advanced arbitrage strategies, conduct a/b testing, and scale winning campaigns

collaborate closely with data and tech teams to build automation and optimization tools

take ownership of results and contribute to future growth initiatives – leadership potential for the right candidate

what we’re looking for: 4+ years hands-on experience in search arbitrage – mandatory

expertise in google afs – must

proven ability to manage and optimize six-figure monthly budgets profitably

strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills

independent, proactive, and roi-driven mindset

experience working with performance-driven environments and scaling operations
