He will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end creative funnel, from ideation to execution, ensuring that creatives resonate with target audiences and align with Playstudios’ Casino brands.

Roles and Responsibilitie**

• sDevelop and execute comprehensive creative strategies to support marketing campaigns
• .Stay on top of industry trends and apply innovative storytelling techniques to marketing assets
• .Brainstorm and pitch new ad concepts in collaboration with the Marketing team
• .Lead and inspire a creative team of designers and animators to deliver high-impact marketing assets
• .Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality creatives
• .Provide clear direction and feedback to vendors, ensuring brand consistency
• .Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with creative production partners
• .Manage the creative funnel from ideation through execution, ensuring timely asset delivery
• .Analyze creative performance metrics, identify fatigue, and optimize assets accordingly
• .Lead creative testing to identify top-performing concepts and scale them effectively
• .Partner with ASO, PR, Influencer, UA, and Game teams to ensure cohesive and aligned creative execution

Key Qualificatio

• ns3+ years of experience in marketing creative, preferably in the casino mobile gaming or entertainment b2c industry, with proven experience leading a creative team of designers, animators, and production partner
• s.Strong understanding of creative trends, formats, and platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Applovin, etc
• ).Experience managing external vendors and creative agencie
• s.Proven ability to analyze creative performance metrics and optimize asset
• s.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and partner
• s.Native English speaker is a plu
